Alexis Williamson

Alexis Williamson is a Certified Integrative Life Coach and a 200 HR RYT, with training experience in Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga @ Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga Studio. She is passionate about teaching on the Restorative/Yin side of yoga; allowing the body to slow down and heal. Alexis studied mindfulness meditation while visiting Thich Nhat Hanh’s monastery and enjoys infusing these experiences in her classes. These mind-body traditions along with her extensive knowledge in nutrition are the nourishing practices Alexis coaches on, helping others to ignite the power within and create a life you absolutely LOVE!
