A traditional team sport college athlete, Nadine went to her first yoga practice in 2005 with a skeptical attitude. After that first class humbled her, however, she quickly shifted her athletic and spiritual focus to deepening her practice. Three years later, Nadine received her 200-hr certification in Baptiste-style Power Vinyasa at Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh. In addition to ongoing experiences of other styles and teachers, she has also completed 60 hours of power yoga and hands-on assist training with Jonny Kest, as well as extensive training in hands-on assists at Cleveland Yoga. Nadine teaches a fun, athletic class that will test your comfort zone. Her classes offer variety within the general construct of sun salutations, balances, inversions, core exercises, back bends, and (everyone's favorite!) hip openers. Nadine challenges her students to be present, introspective, and grateful, all while honoring their bodies and having fun.
