I began yoga at a young age after loosing some one close to my heart. i was instantly attached to the moving meditation as i flowed breath per movement. i came four to five times a week because it gave me peace in my mind and body. I started to take what i learned on the mat off the mat and in to the world and started to see a shift of how i started to perceive things differently. I knew i wanted to be apart of teaching people how to shift their mind, body and spirit into a happier and more peaceful life. I received my 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher training certificate in February of 2014 from that point on i have been sharing my love for yoga one yogi at a time.
