I am a fairly new teacher to yoga, but come from a background of sports and Exercise Science. I found yoga after years of running and having way too tight hamstrings!! I tried a few classes here and there but once I found Baptiste Power Vinyasa, that was where I fell in love with the workout. I completely enjoyed the physical aspect of it, so once I made the deeper mind/body connection it was all over. I know yoga will be a practice that I have with me forever! It helps me bring my best SELF everyday! BREATHE with me on the MAT!!
