Since 2008, David has been been hopelessly addicted to yoga – not just to the fitness and friends yoga brought him, but so much more! For him, yoga has been a source of community, happiness, and balance in his life. He strongly believes in the connection between mind and body -- that when the mind is balanced, the body will follow suit -- and the other way around! Inner peace, mental resilience, and focus are all influences to David's practice. David is certified in the Baptiste Power Vinyasa style and completed his 200-hour level training with Tami Schneider of Cleveland Yoga in 2013 and he is currently finishing his last year of graduate study at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
